Dances

6th Grade

Dances for 6th graders are hosted by Sixth Grade Leadership class. They are added to the School Calendar as they are planned during the school year.

Dances are held in the Library Patio (see campus map) from 3:15pm to 4:15pm. Admission is either free or $1, with snacks for sale.

Halloween Dance

Tickets are required. Refreshments will be sold, for cash.

Winter Dance

December date to be announced

Last year there was a dance contest, an ugly sweater contest, and a "All I want for Christmas is You" conga line, led by the Grinch. Pizza, chips, and soda were available for purchase.

Tickets were $1 for eligible students, with tickets sold in late November and/or early December, at lunch in front of Room 45.

7th and 8th Grade

Dances for 7th and 8th graders are hosted by Leadership class. All dances are listed on the School Calendar.

Dances are held in the Library Patio (see campus map). Admission is either free or $1, with snacks for sale.

For dances that begin as school lets out, a late bus will be available after the dance. Parents who pick up their children should adjust their schedule for a pickup when the dance ends.

Eligibility requirements

You may not have any D's, F's, or U's on your latest report card. This is not the same as 8th Grade Activity Eligibility.

Exception: All 7th and 8th graders are eligible for the Valentine's Day Dance.
