Blogging
Blogging is the 6th grade elective for students in the Media Magnet.
Students:
- learn the techniques of journalistic writing and reporting
- maintain blogs or vlogs
- write about a variety of relevant and engaging topics
- teach others about complex global issues and outline steps for taking action
As a final culminating project, students assemble and publish their best blogs into an online and printed book.
Palms had the first blogging curriculum approved within LAUSD.
