Palms Middle School wants everyone to be ready for a major earthquake. On ShakeOut day, we pretend there has been a natural disaster, so we evacuate students to the P.E. field. We'll also practice search and rescue simulations.
If your child must be picked up after a real emergency, someone authorized on your child's Emergency Information Card must request your child from the Request Gate on the south side of Palms Blvd. near Kelton Avenue, show identification, and then wait for your child to be brought to you at the Reunion Gate, further east along the south side of Palms Blvd. See the map on the Health and Safety page.
