Meet the Teacher

Born in Texas but raised in Southern California, I graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in English with a Creative Writing emphasis, then earned a M.F.A. in Film and Television Production from USC’s School of the Cinematic Arts. I also have a M.A. in Education from National University.

I have been teaching at Palms since 2021. I have taught 10th grade English and Drama.

In addition to teaching, I love watching movies, hiking, cooking, and walking my dog around the neighborhood.
