Retirement Home Visit
Every year, students in Sixth Grade Leadership class visit the Charnock Residential Home, a local retirement center for seniors.

Students from Sixth Grade Leadership visited Charnock Retirement Home Visit to sing Hanukkah, Christmas, and Kwanzaa songs, tell "dad jokes," and pass out holiday cards. Students of Mr. Tran provided holiday cards too.
December 2024
Students from Sixth Grade Leadership visited Charnock Retirement Home Visit to sing Christmas songs, spin dreidels during "The Dreidel Song," and clap along to a Kwanzaa Poem. They mingled with the seniors and handed out cards that they had made. One student, Bella Alvarez, even made a crochet rose.
