Math Club

In the Palms Math Club, we build our problem-solving skills through math competitions!

The club is recommended for students who like puzzles, challenges, and want to be involved in an academic club.

All Palms students are welcome.

Club Meetings

We meet on Tuesdays at lunch in Room 144, starting September 11, 2024.

To join, sign up during Club Rush and come to the meetings.

Competitions

We participate in math competitions on a national level. The puzzles will test your critical thinking and problem solving skills. The math competitions began on Thursday, November 14, 2024, and are hosted once a month for five months, with five questions per competition, after school for thirty minutes.

The questions do not require algebra or geometry, just critical thinking and problem solving skills. Calculators are usually not needed.
